Step 1: Download the Registration Document​

2. Save the file to your computer or device for easy access.

Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form

1. Open the downloaded document.

2. Complete all required fields, including:

   • School Name

   • Contact Information

   • Number of Participants

   • Teacher/Coordinator Name

   • Additional Notes (if any)

3. Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

 

Step 3: Submit the Form with Payment

1. Prepare a check or money order for $180, made payable to:
   Capita Productions

2. Mail your completed registration form along with the payment to:

Step 4: Confirmation

Once we receive your registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include:

• Access details for the virtual program.

• Preparation resources for your class.

• The program schedule and any additional information.
